What is the Heat Score?
The Heat Score (0-100) measures real-time engagement momentum — combining watches, ratings, reviews, and active viewers with time-decay weighting. High score = hot right now.

Where does the data come from?
We aggregate data from TMDB (The Movie Database), community ratings, and multiple sources to provide comprehensive metadata for 550K+ TV shows and movies.

Is TVHeat free?
Yes! TVHeat is completely free including tracking, ratings, reviews, episode heatmaps, and all discovery features.

How do I track a show?
Navigate to any show page and click 'Add to Library'. Choose a status: Watching, Plan to Watch, Completed, On Hold, or Dropped.

Can I import from other platforms?
Import from Trakt.tv, TV Time, and Simkl is planned for a future update. CSV import is also on the roadmap.

How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. There's a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel the deletion.

Is my data private?
Your tracking data and watchlist are private by default. Your public profile shows only what you choose to share. We never sell your data.
